Chandler >> Biography
Chandler Canterbury was born December 15, 1998 in Houston, Texas. He enjoys baseball, basketball and a good steak. He resides full time in Houston, Texas with his family. He is the middle child of three and has a younger sister, Shelby, and older brother, Colby.
Chandler broke out into the entertainment industry with his first feature film shot in October 2006 in Austin, Texas called "Balls Out: Gary the Tennis Coach" along side of his brother, Colby, and starring Seann William Scott and Randy Quaid. The boys are featured in a flashback scene where Chandler plays the young Scott and Colby, his bully big brother. From there Chandler has taken Hollywood by storm, all while remaining in Houston, with a supporting role in "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" starring Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett and lead roles in "Powder Blue" starring Forest Whitaker, Jessica Biel, Ray Liotta, Kris Kristofferson and Patrick Swayze and the Sci-Fi thriller "Repossession Mambo" along side of Jude Law and Forest Whitaker.
Chandler had the wonderful opportunity to film a guest starring role in "Criminal Minds" in August of 2007 and work with some of the best in the industry including Emmy award winner Gordon Clapp and Eddie Cibrian. In 2008 he won a Young Artist Award for his brilliant performance in the episode.
There are not many 9-year-olds that can say they have played Brad Pitt, been kissed by Cate Blanchett, had Jessica Biel cry over them, been tucked in bed by Jude Law, gone to heaven with Ray Liotta, and have been trained to hold a real gun!
